The Executive Secretary National University Commission,Prof. Abdullahi Ribadu, has Inaugurated a fire service station to mark the golden jubilee of the university of calabar
The fire Service station was facilitated by the University vice Chancellor Prof. Obi.
Inaugurating the project at the University , on behalf of President Bola Tinubu to mark the institution’s 50 years of existence in Calabar on Saturday , Ribadu Lauded the efforts of the university
Ribadu said to prepare for fire out break was very important to safe guide lives and property.
He said though the university has made efforts to mitigate effects of fire out break, it is his Prayers that there will be no fire outbreak in the university.
” I pray that the fire fighter will not be used in this university” he said and said it was a proactive step worthy of commendation.
